For deadline for the submission of abstracts, final version of full papers/presentations, posters and other time limits see Important Dates. The authors whose contributions have been accepted by the Programme Committee will be informed. All accepted papers and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings to be distributed during the conference.

If English is not your native language, it would be very convenient if a native English speaker proofreaded your manuscript.

Abstract submission

Please submit your abstract via the Abstract Submission Form and do not forget to select the session/workshop you wish to attend. Please note that lenght of the abstract must not exceed 1500 words. On-line Abstract Submission is possible since December 2012.

Paper submission

For submitting the final paper/presentation you must already have your abstract submitted. On-line Paper Submission will be open since June 2013.

Paper layout

ISESS 2013 Proceedings will be published in electronic form in the series IFIP Advances in Information and Communication Technology. Therefore, we ask authors to follow the paper templates created by Springer. Using TeX format is recommended; however, templates for MS Word are available as well.

Please put the files to be uploaded via the submission system (i.e. the article and copyright form) into one ZIP/RAR file.

Detailed information for IFIP AICT authors about paper format, copyright, guidelines etc. can be found by following the link "Submission Guidelines" on the IFIP AICT website. This link will guide you to the LNCS templates and instructions, which we ask the IFIP AICT authors to follow.

The length for papers should be from 8 to 10 pages in Springer format. Longer papers may be acceptable, but please contact chairman before.

Presentations

All presentations of papers will be made available at the conference web site; several chosen sessions will be recorded and presentations of papers and discussions will be made available at the conference web site.

Technical equipment

Data projector and PC will be available to the lecturers.
The lecturers are invited to test the technical equipment before the conference start or during coffee breaks.
Technical assistance will be available for the whole time of the conference.
